    Feel Good About You

    Why do you like who you are?  Why do you feel good about you?  Why do you esteem yourself as equally priceless when you compare yourself to others?  Because you can!  From birth, your brain contains the equivalent of 4 living computer software program application programs.  I call them thoughtware programs because we activate/trigger the programs using thought.  Depending upon the ideas we think, we either DO or DO not acceptably value ourselves.  We think using instructions in those brain programs.  Here's more about the way you think using your 4 inborn programs:

    Using your lower left brain thoughtware program application program designed for us to control our ability to complete tasks... we can either inspire ourselves as we complete a task, or treat ourselves like an unreasonable dictator.  The thought pattern dialog sounds like this:

    Inspiration:  "You can get this done.  Move at your own pace.  Your best efforts are good enough for you."

    Unreasonable dictator:  "You're wasting time!  Hurry up.  Efficiency is the key."

    Which dialog would you prefer to hear to efficiently achieve your goal?

    Using your lower right brain thoughtware program application program designed for us to develop and maintain meaningful relationships and feel feelings... we can either tell ourselves the truth about mentally healthy relationships or treat ourselves inconsiderately and maintain unhealthy relationships.  According to the feelings we feel, we will attract and experience considerate or inconsiderate behavior.  The key is acknowledging that we all have basic rights that must be respected.  The thought pattern dialog sounds like this:

    Considerate:  "Yes, I understand that you want me to tend to your needs right now.  However, I am currently in the middle of something.  I'll be available to talk with you in a little while.  Thanks for your patience."

    Inconsiderate:   "Whatever you want me to do, I'll do.  I'll stop what I'm doing right now to help you because your stuff is usually more important than mine."

    Which dialog touches you as you hear it?

    Using your upper right brain thoughtware program application program designed for us to act significant, creative and entertaining... we think up new ideas, need to feel appreciated and significant, can feel insecure, can act outgoing and entertaining.  According to the way we see things, we can think and act like we feel significant or insignificant creative geniuses.  The thought pattern dialog sounds like this:

    Significant:  "How about if we start up a band?  I know I can sing and write songs.  What can YOU do using your amazing natural talents to contribute to a band?"

    Insignificant:  "I am better at singing that you are.  If we do make this band successful, it will be because I'm the lead singer."

    Which amazing dialog makes YOU feel appreciated and significant as you hear it?

    Using your upper left brain thoughtware program application program designed for us to critically analyze... we can theorize or criticize.  Theorizing, we think in terms of possibilities. Criticizing, we point out perceived flaws but offer no solutions to improving a situation.  The thought pattern dialog sounds like this:

    Theoretical:  "If I do things this first way, I can keep doing new and different things until I achieve my goal.  I know I can if I first THINK I can."

    Critical: "What's wrong with you anyway?  That won't work.  You can't do that.  Just give up!"

    Which dialog seems exactly the perfect way for YOU to think?

    Imagine liking yourself at the same time you visibly demonstrate inability in some area.  Too many women confuse their personal value with USE value of an action done.  Too many women think they MUST be all things to all people.  When they CAN'T DO everything, many women mentally condition themselves to change their perception of their personal value.  Why does this happen? 

    Believe me when I tell you this is a unique brain phenomenon.  Typically in most right-handed people, the left brain easily dominates those who prefer to use the right brain.  Most women naturally prefer to predominantly use the right brain more often than the left.  When you learn how to program the right brain appropriately, you can like yourself no matter what you do.  Why would you enjoy liking yourself no matter what you do?  What benefit is that to you?  I'll tell you.  You effortlessly succeed when you imagine that you and others like you.  You feel confident instead of frightened to do things during life.  THAT'S a great benefit to you, huh? 

    Imagine liking who you are even when you admit you can only do SOME things.  For the thousands of women with whom I've worked, they now understand how they have inadvertently tricked themselves into believing their personal value varies with each situation when they listen to the left brain naturally attempting to dominate the right.  This is one of the lies women stop using against themselves when they learn how to use Hypnotic Brain Talk.

    Women, did you know that the way to develop meaningful relationships starts with self-respect?  Women who put their basic needs last keep attracting MANIPULATIVE, shallow, unhappy relationships.  Did you ever JUSTIFY abuse between you and your partner?  If so, you are illogically letting the left brain's suggestions seem true for you.  Would you like to stop doing that?  You can by using simple Hypnotic Brain Talk techniques.  By using the techniques, you atually change the folds in your brain to permanently change your behavior to preferred behavior.
